STARS DEVELOPMENT

1- General conditions

1.1 The use of the materials and services of the site is subject to the laws in force in the Egyptian constitution.

1.2 This Agreement is a general offer. By accessing the Site materials, the User is deemed to have accepted the terms of the Agreement.

1.3 The site administration has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the agreement at any time. Any modifications will take effect 3 days after we post a new version of the Agreement on the Site. If the user does not agree to the terms, he is obliged to give up access to the site and stop using the site materials and services.

2. The responsibilities of both parties

2.1. The user agrees not to take any actions, which may be considered as a violation of Egyptian law or the rules of international law in the field of intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, in addition to any action that results in or may lead to a malfunction of the site and the site services .

2.2. It is prohibited to use the site's materials without the express permission of the copyright holders (in civil law). For the legal use of the site materials, it is necessary to conclude a licensing agreement (obtain a license) with the owners of the company STARS DEVELOPMENT.

2.3 When citing Website material including copyright works, the use of a Website link is mandatory. (Egyptian Civil Code).

2.4 Comments and other user postings on the site must not contradict the rules of Egyptian law and generally accepted rules of morality and ethics.

2.5 The user is warned that the site administration is not responsible for any visit and use of external resources, on links that may be present on the site.

2.6. The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect responsibilities to the User for any loss or damage to the contents of the Site, copyright registration and information for such registration, goods and services, available or derived from external websites. resources or any other contacts arising from the use of information posted on the Site or links to external resources.

2.7. The user agrees that all materials and services of the site or any other part of it may be accompanied by advertisements. The user agrees that the site administration is not responsible and has no obligations for such advertisements

3. Other terms

3.1. All potential disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled in accordance with current law.

3.2 Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as establishing agent relationships, partnership relationships, relationships around joint activities, personal employment relationships, or any other type of relationship between the User and the Site Administration which is not directly set forth in this Agreement.

3.3 In the event that a court treats any point of this Agreement as invalid or unenforceable, it shall not entail the invalidity of other statements of the Agreement.

3.4. The failure of the site management in the event of any violation of the data of the agreement by users does not preclude the site management from taking appropriate measures later to defend its interests and copyrights on the site materials that are protected by law.
5.3 - All responsibilities are on the owner of the property and not on the company
User confirms that he/she is aware of and assumes the terms and conditions of this Agreement
And pay the required fees to the company that owns the site, which is: STARS DEVELOPMENT
In the event of non-payment, the company has the right to claim appropriate compensation for non-payment, delay in payment, or damage incurred by it with any other parties.
